With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, François brings extensive knowledge and innovation in the field of modern quantitative finance. He began his career at CTI Capital as a financial analyst. He also worked for Variant Perception as a quantitative strategist. He then held the role of lead portfolio manager at Inovestor.
He founded Factor-Based Asset Management in 2020 and is the Chief Investment Officer. He oversees all the strategies and portfolios. His responsibilities include portfolio management, research, risk oversight and compliance. François holds an MBA from HEC Montreal. He is also a CFA charterholder, a FRM charterholder and a CIM charterholder.
